Black and White...

I was all alone, as ever,

I was spinning my own wheel.

In the dark, deserted corner

where my wounds refused to heal...

But then, the universe conspired,

I’m sure that it did…

to fulfill my lone desire,

I thought, it would never heed.

In the depth of our hearts

A golden thread was spun.

The thread that bonds us together,

For together our souls now burn.

Together we will swim and fly

And together we will learn,

the reason of our existence,

the quest to conquer the Sun.

And if ever things go wrong

And the night obscures your sight.

By burning my own soul,

A new hope I promise to ignite.

I am the darkest black of your life

And you are the glimmering white

To you, I gift my pleasures

And to me, I’ll keep your strife...
