The Star

Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are!
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky!

When the blazing sun is gone,
When he nothing shines upon,
Then you show your little light,
Twinkle, twinkle, all the night.

Then the traveler in the dark,
Thanks you for your tiny spark,
He could not see which way to go,
If you did not twinkle so.

In the dark blue sky you keep,
And often through my curtains peep,
For you never shut your eye,
Till the sun is in the sky.

As your bright and tiny spark,
Lights the traveler in the dark,
Though I know not what you are,
Twinkle, twinkle, little star...

Humans are of 3 types:

Ice, Water and Vapour.

Ice: These are most abundant. They have fixed, unshakable and borrowed beliefs. They have set boundaries for everything. They don't try to change anything for good or for worse.

Water: They 'understand' but don't 'follow'. They 'want' but can't 'achieve'. They 'are', and don't 'want to be'. They move, but not enough to be free.

Vapour: Free minds and souls... Few in number and remain unnoticed.

Dear friend...

Life is but a plane mirror,
it reflects all your thoughts.
& if you are feeling sad,
it will tighten all the knots.

Dwell in the depths of misery,
& it shall suck you in.
It will lock all the doors,
& it'll never let you win.

So cast away your sorrows,
and wash away all your tears,
a new day, a new hope arises,
to frighten all your fears.

Open your eyes anew,
and see the 'silver lining'
aim for the brightest star in the sky
and always keep trying... keep flying...
